We understand there are times in which you are unaware of your needs and/or not able to put into words the thoughts, emotions, and feelings you may be experiencing. Allow Haskins Healing & Wellness Center (HHWC) to process this with you and together we will discover––without judgement. 


You do not have to do it on your own. Imagine balancing life with a support system– HHWC is here to support you, empower, encourage, and affirm that you are deserving of the  peace and happiness you desire.


Health and Wellness encompasses a desire to be your best self, there is not anything wrong with your desire or Therapy. 


You share your experiences, thoughts, concerns, doubts, feelings and/or emotions (but not limited to) at your pace and comfort level. Unfortunately, we are not able to answer this question conclusively in the FAQ's due to each Individual’s health and wellness needs varying.


The Therapeutic relationship is founded on trust, and it is extremely important to us at HHWC that we gain your trust and comfortability.  Therefore, it is extremely important that you are aware of the following, the law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission but there are exceptions.

Exceptions include:

  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.


Individual, Couples and Family Sessions range from 50 - 60 minutes.

Career/Life Coaching range from 50 - 60 minutes.

Support Groups range from 60-80 minutes.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

*Our website will provide updates upon completion of the Credentialing process. 


Range between $25-$125

  • Support Groups- $25 each person/each group session
  • *Life/Career Coaching-$80
  • *Individual Sessions-$100-$120
  • *Couple/Family Sessions-$125
  • Sliding scale rates are available upon application and approval.
  • Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and are subject to approval.

 *Minimum fee for service reflected (exclusion of sliding scale and any reduced fee services).


If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the maximum total of your scheduled appointment fee. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance.
